HIGH-SECURITY PERIMETER SENSING

Perimeter security radar
Keep personnel position and movement continuously visible

Detect and track people along a protected corridor, then provide coordinates, speed and trajectories to the security platform for alarm rules and camera-assisted verification.

SOLUTION ROLE

Radar detects and tracks.
The platform applies the rules.

Perimeter protection needs more than a binary motion signal. It needs to know where a person is, which way the target is moving and whether the track enters a defined area. Radar supplies continuous target data to the existing security platform for map display, zone logic, alarm management and visual verification.

For prison perimeters, critical facilities, industrial sites and other secured areas requiring long-range personnel awareness.

SYSTEM WORKFLOW

From target appearance to operator verification

Alarm zones and response rules are configured in the security platform according to the site and operating procedure.

01

Radar detection

Detect people moving inside the protected corridor.

02

Continuous tracking

Maintain target ID, coordinates, speed and movement trajectory.

03

Platform rules

Evaluate approach, entry, crossing or exit against configured zones.

04

Alarm and video

Notify the operator and coordinate a compatible camera for visual confirmation.

LONG-RANGE CORRIDOR

Build continuous awareness along the perimeter

MSR-S200 is installed at one end of the corridor with its antenna face pointing into the protected direction. Once a person enters the detection area, the system receives continuing position and motion updates for zone and crossing analysis.

  • Personnel detection up to 200 m
  • Tracking for up to 32 targets
  • Coordinates, speed and trajectories
  • Final coverage validated against site geometry

TARGET DATA

Give the existing security system a moving target

The radar supplies front-end data. The host platform handles zones, alarms, recording and operator procedures.

POSITION

Where the target is

Target ID and X/Y coordinates locate each person in the monitored corridor.

MOTION

How the target moves

Speed, direction and trajectory describe movement over time.

EVENT LOGIC

What the movement means

The platform compares tracks with zones and virtual boundaries.

VERIFICATION

What the operator sees

Target position can support camera steering and visual confirmation.

APPLICATIONS

For perimeters that need continuous personnel awareness

Each project should account for walls, fences, corridor width, obstructions and available mounting positions.

01 / PRISONS

Walls and isolation corridors

Track people approaching, entering or crossing protected areas and send trajectories to the platform.

02 / CRITICAL FACILITIES

High-security boundaries

Supply personnel target data around compounds, energy sites and restricted facilities.

03 / INDUSTRIAL SITES

Long fences and site edges

Add continuous sensing along perimeter corridors to support existing video and alarm systems.

COMMON QUESTIONS

Evaluating a perimeter radar project

Does the radar directly output a wall-crossing alarm?

The radar continuously outputs target coordinates and trajectories. The integrated security platform normally applies the virtual boundaries, zones and alarm rules required by the project.

Can the radar detect people at night?

Radar sensing does not depend on ambient light. Final performance should still be checked against obstructions and installation conditions.

Can the system work with cameras?

Target position and motion data can be supplied to the security platform, which can coordinate compatible cameras for visual verification.

How can we obtain the communication protocol?

Contact us with the host interface and project workflow to request the detailed protocol and integration documentation.
