PERIMETER DETECTION

Radar data for high-security sites

MSR-S200 monitors a defined outdoor corridor without depending on visible light. It keeps separate tracks for multiple moving people and supplies target data to the security system for visualization, alarm logic and camera coordination.

01

Person detection

Detect walking or running targets approaching, crossing or moving along a protected perimeter.

02

Multi-target tracking

Maintain independent tracks for up to 32 targets, including position, speed and movement history.

03

All-weather monitoring

Operate continuously through darkness, rain and snow without relying on scene illumination.

04

Security-system integration

Send target data over Ethernet for map display, alarm rules, recording and camera cueing.

TARGET DATA & INTEGRATION

Know where the target is and how it is moving

MSR-S200 reports tracked-target information through Ethernet using TCP. Your security platform can use the target position and speed to display movement, maintain a trajectory, trigger zone rules and direct a camera toward the event. For the detailed communication protocol and integration documentation, please contact our technical team.

PRIMARY APPLICATIONS

Built for prisons and critical perimeters

Prison perimeter securityTrack people near walls, restricted corridors and escape-risk areas.
Military and border sitesMonitor exposed outdoor approaches where continuous long-range awareness is required.
Airports, ports and oil depotsProtect sensitive infrastructure and cue surveillance cameras toward moving targets.
Industrial and storage compoundsAdd radar tracking to high-value facilities that require stronger detection than video alone.

System note: Radar supplies target tracks; the security platform defines alarm zones and coordinates cameras, recording and response workflows.

SITE PLANNING

Start with the protected corridor

Share a plan or photograph of the perimeter, target path, mounting position and camera locations. We can help evaluate the required radar orientation and integration approach.

LINE OF SIGHTKeep the corridor clear

Avoid walls, dense vegetation and large metal objects blocking the radar field of view.

ORIENTATIONAlign with target movement

Position the radar so the expected walking or running path remains inside the monitored sector.

NETWORKEthernet · TCP

Connect radar target data to the security management, alarm or camera-control platform.

POWER8–24 V DC

Plan outdoor cabling, surge protection and waterproof connections for the installation.

PROJECT SUPPORT

Validate the perimeter before deployment

Send the wall or fence layout, corridor width, required range, mounting position, network environment and expected alarm workflow. Our team can help confirm whether MSR-S200 fits the site.

TECHNICAL FAQ

Common MSR-S200 questions

What data can the MSR-S200 provide?

The radar provides tracked-target information including target identity, position, speed and movement data. A connected platform can visualize tracks, maintain trajectories and apply alarm-zone logic.

How many targets can one radar track?

MSR-S200 can track up to 32 targets simultaneously under suitable field conditions.

Does it work at night and in bad weather?

Yes. Radar sensing does not depend on ambient light and is designed for 24-hour outdoor operation through darkness, rain and snow.

Can it control a PTZ camera?

The radar supplies target position and movement information. Your integrated security platform can use that data to cue a compatible camera and verify the alarm visually.

How does the radar connect to the security system?

MSR-S200 uses Ethernet communication with TCP. For the detailed communication protocol, please contact our technical team and describe your platform.

What information should I send before ordering?

Provide the perimeter layout, corridor width, mounting position, expected target paths, camera arrangement, network environment and required alarm workflow.
